Giveaway Terms & Conditions

This promotion is being hosted by L.T.Marshall. The giveaway ends at midnight GMT/BST on the date stated on the promotion post. Entries after the specified date and time will not be accepted.

The prize is non negotiable and you must have a kindle app to receive the kindle books.

The promotion is open internationally to those aged 18 years or over. It is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Multiple entries are accepted. All entries must be submitted via the google form.

Google forms collect email addresses from entrants. By entering the giveaway, you give permission for SLPA Services and/or L.T.Marshall to contact you about the giveaway via your email address. You will not be subscribed to an email list.

The winning entry will be chosen at random. The Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. There are no epub or pdf alternatives to the mobi files available and no cash alternative is offered.

Winners will be drawn within 7 days of the closing date. Winners will be contacted via a notification email sent from the leanne_t22@hotmail.com account. If you do not add this email to your address book, you will be responsible for checking your spam and/or promotional folders for emails.

Winners must respond to the notification email within 7 days and provide the kindle email address their prize should be sent to. You will be required to add leanne_t22@hotmail.com to your kindle approved email list to receive your kindle. Winners should allow 28 days for delivery of their prize. Winners who do not respond to their notification email with 7 days forfeit their prize and a replacement winner will be selected.

By entering the giveaway you have deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. L.T.Marshall reserves the right to refuse entry/to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

In the event of fraud, abuse and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this promotion, L.T.Marshall reserves the right to: end or suspend the giveaway; amend these terms and conditions; declare void the notification of a winner.

Any decision made by L.T.Marshall is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The giveaway will be governed by English law and entrants to the giveaway submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
